Giuliano Law was founded in 2014 by attorney Nicole Giuliano. Originally headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, the firm relocated to Orlando in 2018 and now represents clients all over the state.
Our practice focuses on resolving real estate, business, and family disputes. Ms. Giuliano is a Florida Certified Mediator in all County, Circuit and Family cases. We also represent clients in real estate litigation including but not limited to landlord/tenant, condominium and homeowner association collections, foreclosure, and quiet title actions.
The firm’s mission is to provide personal service to our clients and colleagues so that they can fully enjoy their investments, businesses, and homes.

I like to bring that well-rounded experience to the table as a mediator – I genuinely enjoy helping parties work toward resolutions and avoid costly litigation where possible. Because of my background in real estate litigation, I am most often called upon by my colleagues to mediate disputes with complex real estate issues – whether they be civil, family, or other cases. I am also a Florida qualified arbitrator and available to serve as local counsel in any of the state or federal courts where I’m admitted.
